This is an online survey research panel which draws together a diverse group of Manitobans willing to give their opinions and perspective on a variety of important topics.
Members that successfully complete a survey will be awarded points based on the effort and time required to complete the survey. Most surveys offer 50 to 150 points.
When you reach 1,000 points, you’ll be able to start redeeming them for a gift card.
You can redeem larger amounts if you collect and save your points.

Your points never expire.
1. [Login] to your panel account
2. Click ‘Redeem Points’
3. Select the reward option by clicking on it
4. Select a value by clicking on it
5. Click ‘Confirm & Proceed’
6. You will receive a message saying ‘Your reward is on the way’
Make sure that once you receive your reward, that you claim it within 90 days. After that, you can keep the reward until you use it and it will not expire.
For each survey we send out, we set a maximum number of responses required. Once this number is reached, the survey will expire. You may also receive this message if the final date to complete the survey has passed. Most of our surveys are available or active for about a week, but this can vary.
Most surveys we run have maximum quotas, so we may have already received enough responses while you were completing your survey.
We recommend that you sign in to your account and check out the surveys that may be available to you. You will find all surveys available under the section labelled “Surveys”.
Surveys are embedded with “cookies” to prevent respondents from participating twice (which would skew our results!). If someone else in your household has already accessed the survey from the same browser or internet connection (Firefox/Internet Explorer/Chrome, etc.) then you will not be able to complete it from that browser as well. You can still access and complete the survey from a different browser using a different IP address. Luckily, our surveys are mobile friendly!
All of our surveys are mobile friendly. However, some mobile devices are not supported. If you are having problems on a mobile device, try to complete the survey on a desktop computer. If you are using a desktop computer and problems persist, you may need to update your browser or try using a different browser (e.g., instead of Internet Explorer, try Mozilla Firefox).
Making sure you have a strong internet connection will also help with your survey experience. Weak internet connections can cause pages to not load and lag. This could interfere with being able to complete your survey. Sometimes hitting the refresh option on your browser will help reload a page that may not look right.
